To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We kindly ask that you provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, when initiating the return process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom products that are made to order or personalized items, are exempt from our return policy. Additionally, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as these are considered final sale items.


Color Variation


Please note that colors may appear slightly different on various devices or screens. While we strive to provide accurate product images, we cannot accept returns solely based on minor variations in color. Rest assured, the actual product will always look better than the images displayed on a computer or mobile screen.


Return Shipping


Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. However, if your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
